At Chosen T-shirts, all items are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because each shirt is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once we verify the issue, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
Important Notes
- All claims must be submitted via email.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Because our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds on opened or worn items unless they are defective.
